If you’re starting a new game, you’ll need to progress at least as far as the end of The Womb of the Mountain so you can leave Mother’s Embrace, the Nora homeland.

You can go back to your original safe file, when you finished the game, and get the Frozen Wilds zone too. That's what I did.

Went back to get to level 60 and was killing Bellowbacks, Thunderjaws and Stormbirds with ease..
Now the Rockbreakers and Behemoths
Those fights are frustrating as hell
Was getting served on ultra hard by those muthafukkas..
The stormslinger and the icerail are nice..
But improve both..
The improved stormslinger can get you out of a jam when facing a Scorcher or Frost Claw but it does overheat and damage you..
I was fighting a Fireclaw, Two Scorchers and a bunch of fukking scrappers and killed myself because i was frantic and it overheated
It does make lite work though..
Also the icerail takes time to build up if you are shooting ice sickles but it can fukk some shyt up..
You just have to bob and use your weave
