It is better than UC4. I'm putting this up there Top 5 games this gen and right now I feel like it's my favorite PS4 exclusive hands down.

I have minor issues like the dialogue being mundane and they'll put you in the middle of a mission with all these audio logs and scripts and expect you to listen and read all this shyt

Finished it and overall its a great defining game of this gen. Gonna collect and do everything and maybe start it over.
