worst name ever.
and theyre changing it for absolutely no reason. the reason why the hornets have always managed to stay semi-relevant, even in down years is because of how thurl their name, logo, jerseys, hats, and arena are.
theyve always been one of the cool teams, even when they werent chit. now theyre a small market team with a horrible name, and more than likely - horrible gear to match. nobody is gonna want to play there now.
can you imagine somebody appearing on tv? - "ladies and gentlemen....pelicans star anthony davis!!!!!"
