Off TOP I went with Ken Foree ... Dude is tall/athletic and a good shot, and always plays some do it all save the day type of dude in his films, and if im not mistaken he survived most of "Dawn of the Dead"(78'). He got sonned in a couple films (Halloween 2 Remake, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3), but he would always be my safe bet for survival.
But here are the other choices
I only picked the real heavy hitters so forgive me if I forgot anyone.
Duane Jones... He is a legend to me because he was in one of the earliest horror films with a black character that wasn't on some high level c00nery(See Mantan Moreland's performance in "King of the Zombies"(1941))
Ving Rhames. He had an impact in "Dawn of the Dead" and probably lived as long as most of the group... But dude was straight dog meat halfway through "People Under the Stairs"
Tony Todd... Another Horror cinema vet. Only problem with this guy is he played too many villains and downright creepy ass nikkas
... I feel like he would be more interested in death related things as opposed to surviving, so for the sake of this discussion, I ignored him.
