a male dominated workplace is ripe for all sorts of shenanigans that snowball as time goes by.
i know this because i have worked in such environments.
i have also worked and lived in female dominated environments.
in college i was the only dude in an apartment or house full of chicks several times and that shyt gets weird as well.
but taking it to the extreme of carrying out Stalin like purges in the nursing sector?
some of the strongest people i have known are women.
