Hot Female Comic "Fans" at Conventions

You got a few genuine geek girl fans who dress up but yeah for the most part they are not trying to hook up with anyone there. I dont know how many are paid models vs actual fangirls but you can probably tell from time to time. Usually the ones that dress up with a group of friends (guys and girls) are fangirls and the one or two that are just with one person and are usually standing around to have pictures taken might be paid models.
Guys are always in that mindset in a party like environment to them.
I know a couple of girls who are into cosplaying.
A fellow coworker of mine went to the comic convention here in Lexington dressed up as Alice
People with the same interests hook up all the time breh
no doubt, but it shouldn't be expected. this ain't the club or the bar. this dudes talking about "these ho's are the worst" because "they ain't interested in hooking up"
So if a girl goes to a convention and doesn't have sex with horny virgin neckbeards shes a bad person? 
Maybe they're not hooking up with these lames... because they're lames! :ohh: if they had some game maybe they could smash but if these crusty 400lb neck beard virgins think that girl are going to be charmed by cheetos residue on there finger tips or mountain due brand cologne they're sadly mistaken.
I'm big into games but i don't go to conventions expecting to meet some bust downs to bust down
these same lames are the one who try to harass any girl they see playing online: dissing her and asking to smell her farts 
Back on Phantasy Star online you couldn't even play as a girl character because of the harassment even if you were a dude.
If lame stop being lames, stop expecting life to be hentai/porno flick then maybe they'd get some play until then

This is an Interesting Topic.
It's actually kind of Funny that Nerds at these Conventions are Complaining about not getting laid from Attending these Conventions, in all Honesty..they're not a Great Place to meet Girls. Went to 1 about 3 Months ago and it was a Complete Sausage Fest. There were maybe about 10-15 Girls that were Noticeable..but a Good Majority of them were selling something so
..it's Comic Books & Video Games, Sex Sells in those Businesses. Models being Hired does sound like a Good Move though but for the Models being bytches and Laughing at these Nerds, leading them on what not to think they have a Chance of Landing them. You'd Expect this type of Behavior from some Girls in Bars/Clubs but at a Place like Comic-Con, it's Messed Up.
I'm a Fan of Nerds, don't know if I'm considered 1 but I do Read some Comics and Play some Video Games but I don't know everything like some of them do or think they do but I do feel Bad for them and even the Real Female Nerds that do Cosplay and are going to be Targeted for being Phonies.

I've seen hot female comic fan and gamers. Yeah you got your cosplay models but don't think a fine chick can't be a "geek"

That's that defeatist attitude. I dated/"talked to"/friends with fine chicks that were into one or the other.You would be surprised just how regular a hot woman can be. You just got to get to know them. Even if they aren't into it you can get them to dibble in it.
