If you're saying Sean Morley as a performer did his gimmick on par with Ted Dibiase, then I would say that's not an unreasonable take. But the Val Venis pornstar character is nowhere near as genius as the Million Dollar Man character. That's probably the best gimmick in wrestling history
That is what I was saying but to the other point, how is million dollar man so genius? Idk how that's way better than flair or Venis.

Million Dollar Man was a generational character that should have won the WWF title when the title meant the world. Val Venis was a lower mid carder that the show could have went without
Rose colored hindsight glasses. Dibiase should've won in theory but what they went with (megapowers) was WAY better than a dibiase run, and Venis was a great part of the midcard during the biggest boom ever

Don't act like Venis was some bum in 98 he was popular as fukk...He wasn't tiger Ali singh

He's literally a multi-millionaire who can buy anything he wants. In kayfabe I believed he was richer than the owners of WWF themselves (I don't think I even knew Vince owned WWF when I was a kid). The fact he can in theory, buy titles, buy spots in the Rumble, buy loyalty from other wrestlers, buy people to do his bidding, etc. There's no other wrestler in history who had the ability to do that. Not only all that, but he's a dikk about it, and uses his money to fukk w/ people.

I don't think WWF went nearly as far with the character as they could have, when he paid Andre to win the title for him they shoudl have ran with that and give him a run, have him buy off adversaries to keep Hogan at bay

I agree :obama: I was a dibiase mark as a kid, believed it 100% especially the lifestyles of the Rich and famous episode.

I just don't think it would've eclipsed the megapowers buildup and explode.

They DEFINITELY shouldve gone there for the summer 89 program after savage lost instead of fukking ZEUS.

Stop it. The nickname was topical yeah because of the movie title but val venis charactor has absolutely NOTHING to do with the dude or lebowski. Its clearly more influenced from the previous years' BOOGIE NIGHTS
Ok breh you can have this one.....I'm not arguing with anyone over Val Venis and The Big Lebowski on MLK day
