Hotels are taking such a hit. Unfortunately, thry make up a portion of our clients so thry need that bail out or I’m fukkd.

Big nah. About 115 rooms and since the outbreak mostly truckers. We never closed because we cater to truckers we are an essential business.

I thought truckers slept in the 'room' behind the chairs..

Can't even lie....I was thinking of getting an expensive hotel room for the weekend just to break the routine.

I was looking for something with a jacuzzi in the room.

but you'd have to wipe down everything and wear a mask because you cant be sure the person who was staying in there before wasn't coughing or sneezing and droplets are in the air

Meh, a lot of people are uninmformed and will do it. People may just start walking with disinfected. Sometimes you have to travel. I think the one thing hotels have in their favor is they clean them. All it means is Paola has to do a thorough cleaning job and people need to walk with their own sanitizer. Again, this whole thing is about hygiene. Folk gonna have to learn to wash their hands, stop biting their nails, learn to wash their hands frequently.

I can tell you folk who washing their hands frequently, wear masks and are aware have a much lower risk of catching this thing. But if we hear about folk catching shyt in hotel rooms, it's a wrap.

Coworker was in Zoom last week debating whether to get a hotel and smash a chick or nah. I think we convinced him not to but dunno lol. Nice hotels are probably safe but I wouldn't risk it. Then you gotta worry about whether the person you're fukking might have the virus with no symptoms.

Nobody’s occupied most of those rooms in at least a month... many “essential” folks still are traveling, but nowhere near enough for those properties to come remotely close to being in the red... the HRT industry is being hit especially hard .
