Hm, looks like the Ryan repubs just entered last minute deal making to make those hardcore conservatives happy.

I'd say the chances just increased a bit that it will pass...still think it won't in general, but you can't put it past repubs to fall in line.

Even if it passes though, this will still make repubs in the house unpopular to the american population at large, which isn't good for them generally. Not that they care.
