I kinda agree, but with this ultimate goal of being President there's still a lot of storylines they could write on this way there. That's a full term as vice president and his presidential campaign. A lot of fukkery can go on between then.

the show it's based on only had 4 episodes. Dragging it out for 4 seasons would undoubtedly devolve the show into horrible writing
