Companies like Fed Ex love this shyt.. That company is one of the worst to work for. They have no union and they just shyt all over the couriers who are the backbone of that place :scust:

Meanwhile UPS has a union and those drivers make more then the Fed ex couriers

Disgusting

All this is arguable.
non union jobs in the south in the auto industry make more than unionized jobs in the midwest.
less safety, osha still exists.
less job security, probably so, that said that isn't a bad thing some of these union seniority and tenure clauses are ridiculous and less job security might be a good thing
Manufacturing jobs in the non union south make on average 2 dollars less per hour.

Midwest
This will be Devastating for the midwest.

Wait a minute

Presidential election.
Ohio - 51.3 percent Donald Trump
Wisconsin- 47.2 Donald Trump
Pennsylvania 48.58 Donald Trump
Michigan- 47.50 Donald trump.

:francis: you get what you vote for.
This! All these blue collar union cacs that are so blinded by their hatred to vote against their own wallets are getting exactly what they deserve. fukk em. This is phase one, once they enact this phase two is repealing the Davis-Bacon Act, then it's game over for a huge chunk of the working middle class in the Midwest. Bu-bu-bu emails! :damn:

Yes it helped grow the black middle class in the 1890s tup to the 1940s in the USofA

That's not necessarily the result of strictly unions. I would have to say segregation and the need for a strictly black community was one of the main growth factors in regards to the black middle class. Conversely, unions certainly helped the white middle class grow during those same times. While this was not beneficial for us, you can certainly see its merits. I don't mean to say that to achieve this we have to resort to the same terrorist style behavior they participated in.

Segregation wasn't the cause of the unions repeatedly voting to exclude blacks, work to get legislation passed to make jobs union only to exclude blacks, and etc.

I can send you a link to a convo on this board that has detailed accounts of WEB Dubois, Marcus Garvey, and fukking Booker T Washington all agreeing with each other that white unions were purposely trying to kill black workers out the market and hamper black american economic mobility.

So no I don't see the beneficial effects of unions at all and not supporting unions doesn't equate to terrorist styled behavior, i don't know where that assertion even comes from

I didn't mean not supporting the unions was terrorism I meant the levels to which whites went to ensure blacks did not get jobs and what not. I'm a firm supporter of unions and nothing will change that, but I'd be glad to read your links.
