The crypto people here drove the prices through the roof, also a lot of people are asking ridiculous prices just trying to see if some rich person moving here for act 60 will bite. That property you listed was probably worth less than half that 2-3 years ago. Land in other parts of the island are cheap though, I'm looking to buy a place in the Mountains eventually as I hate living in San Juan metro. You won't find many single family ocean front properties in San Juan everything is High rise condos

My place took on a Cat 5 Maria with little to no damage. But for 1.5 Mil you can buy a place in the Mountains with some acres, which is what I'm planning on.
