That amount of time is excessive. Tells you something about this country though. Take part in an armed insurrection and storm the capital building looking for the blood of congressmen, women, and the Vice President, and get 41 months in prison (Qanon Shaman). Mislead the government and fraudulently spend 1.6 million in federal loans and get 9 years (108 months).

As a grown man you have to know the potential consequences of your actions. Stealing money from the government during a pandemic then laundering it, he's lucky to have gotten 9 years. The federal government take those crimes very seriously and I feel if more people knew the harsh punishments these crimes carry, they wouldn't have never went through with trying to scam the government....but they clearly didn't know any better.

well it was supposed to go to an already established business…this was also when the LLC stuff was real big on social and everyone suddenly had their own business I noticed since the PPP and EIDL stuff has slowed down or stopped that I don’t see people advertising their businesses as much.

It also seems like all of those trips and using care credit for BBLs slowed down a bit also. The past few years were big for cons and grifters it seems life long bums suddenly had businesses that grossed millions while being on section 8 or unemployed and in some places both.

The government is saying Tucker owe them 10 million and it isn't from his income in the last 10 years I can tell you that. The point is that the feds will collect at any time. It isn't over.
