I lived there as a young child (younger than 5) and have visited in the last decade (didn't see anybody wearing cowboy hats) so from my own eyes i'd say no but I could be wrong so asking
I have family there and only one of them wears a cowboy hat when he comes back up north to visit but i think he's doing that for attention

I was in Humble Tx, North of Houston a few weeks ago. I saw an average bruh with one of the finest women (Indian Hindo looking) I've ever seen. And I've lived in DC for 15 years. I'm player, but I felt some type of way.

So many fine women out there. A lot of cool ones too. For some reason they're scared of us Louisiana boys.
