Reading the comments online, a lot of the Houston folks said that the girls story was inconsistent and suspect when they got interviewed by local news.

Part of me understands why a dad feels the need to protect his daughters.

Flip side is that you can't protect them if you're in prison. Sounds like Tony touched them with a feather...literally. Whether it was on purpose or accident....who knows. That's the question. No groping, grabbing etc.

If old man was carrying, the dad is probably dead. As a father you gotta protect your kids but being there for them is a BIG part of that.
