Which soul food spots have you tried?Houston got a lot of good food especially in 3rd ward but I miss good soul food lol.
I gotta try those 2 spots out.
I been here since 2011 but honestly can't remember the names. Just hood spots over there by acres homes, homestead by haverstock projects, greenspoint and Southpark. Regular run of the mill spots. Mikkis off 59 south is cool but I suggest just going 59 north near IAH or driving through the hood maybe off 610 near tc jester or going down 45 pass airtex.Which soul food spots have you tried?
I've been here over 20 years. I generally agree with you when it comes to Soul Food. But Farmers Fresh Market off Cullen, Mikki's, and Esther's are pretty much my stable when I don't feel like cooking it myself.I been here since 2011 but honestly can't remember the names. Oh, matterfact, @BrothaZay , check out Lost & Found in midtown off gray street. It's better than Mikkis but they don't got no trannies there. 🫢
I like Esther's. That's the one off 45 pass airtex. She was on dinners, dine ins & dives.I've been here over 20 years. I generally agree with you when it comes to Soul Food. But Farmers Fresh Market off Cullen, Mikki's, and Esther's are pretty much my stable when I don't feel like cooking it myself.
