You should make a list and then take time to come down go check them out yourself .

Also make a list of questions like:

Is an apartment like what was featured available?

If there extra fees for a unit like what was featured?

Do available apartments have _______ counter tops?

Do the available apartments have wood floors?

Will the unit be available by ______? Can I put down the deposit to hold it?

Stuff like that. Just be clear and cover your bases you will know what you are getting.


I live in a house on the east side do not move on the east side. Unless its central east by 3rd ward gentrified and midtown.

You should consider inner loop/heights/southwest area. Its alot of new builds, single professional crowds, and still within close vicinity to everything.

Once you go north its more families and the master planned communities.
