the lights was on in the first half of the video, that shyt was over, the part where it's dark is likely him wrapping up his set...most people exit during the last set to not be stuck in the mass exodus in the end

edit: aint no encore at these ensemble old head concerts, and people do leave them early if the person on the back end aint really who they were there to see...went to an old head r&b girls concert and people left during monica since brandy went on before her and they were there for brandy...it's pretty common
