Htown is just one of those cities that have been coming up nationally over the last decade in terms of events and places to live. Remember Houston had the final four in 2011. Celebrities and athletes love the city because they can get what they want in another larger city and remain low key. Plus having some nice clubs/bars, strip clubs, restaurants, and a diverse pool of fine women helps.

I too hate tourist. I used to work at Hunt Points produce market and we had to distribute to restaurants and shyt was a pain in the ass from 40th to 57th.

We had about 6 restaurants around that area
