10000% inside job. She was in Hawaii at the time. Someone she knows hired them. they got spoked by her talking to them on camera the first time, they probably came back cos whoever hired them confirmed that she is away.

Another theory is that some tenants AirBnB there units to others, albeit hoodrats or fulgazi people and those people create fictional scenarios like this to get away with insurance fraud.
The fact that she's laughing and not showing no concern whatsoever that her life could've been in jeopardy speaks volumes. She's probably being investigated too.
