Who cares if ure gettin knocked out in the first round of the playoffs, or if ure only winning 15 games per year. The NBA is weird...not a whole lot of upsets in the playoffs. Percentage wise, eventually...the bobcats will get it right, and draft a star in one of these drafts. Its all about timing/luck/whos draftable that year...but their chances are higher to get a real player to build around then these teams picking in the middle of the round
