Amen doesn't need to be a floor general if reed can keep maturing in the PG role.

And this thought of trading amen instead of sengun got me thinking some of y'all are his stabs from Turkey....

Sengun is the better player at this point. Him and Reed are developing a real chemistry

Second game this year KD has lost on FTs. No guarantee they get the win if he hits all 3 but need those in the clutch. Also gave up the putback. He owes Houston these next few games B2B or no

And Reed has to be the ball handler down the stretch of games and he needs to start

Reed def needs to start, not only does it opens up things for offense in general, but Amen is able to play his natural position without having to force things. Good rebound win after a really nasty loss. Sengun had a really good game and he needed that. He had such a stinky game last time and needed to shake shyt off. They really need to go on a strike cause you don’t want to risk falling into a bad first round matchup.

I’ll give the guys some grace for last night since it was a road back half of a B2B in Denver. Shot less than 30% from 3

But, it’s a dead sprint to the finish line now and the schedule has lightened up. Lot of home games. Time to lock in

Didn’t even need to watch the whole game, that was one of the most pathetic performances I’ve seen, and unfortunately they’ve had a couple of those this year.

Need DFS or Okogie to start eating more into Tari’s minutes if the shot doesn’t turn around. They play with way higher IQ

Was there in person for tonight’s game and my goodness the offense is even uglier than it looks on TV. Gutsy and ugly win cause they easily could’ve packed it in at certain points and I think the crowd felt the same way. Amen, KD, Capela, and Reed were hooping. Tari and DFS for the bulk of the game were putrid. Coming out of the first half, DFS and Tari combined for ZERO points. That’s despicable. Tari started showing some flashes, but then he started acting stupid and then I didn’t see him again. DFS was legit an abomination until the last two possessions. He may have won them the game with that defensive stand. But….you can’t expect to win various playoff games and especially playoffs when you have two starters providing complete horse shyt on offense. More important games coming up. They badly need a winning streak.

Was gonna say I hoped that at least the 2nd half of the lakers game would carry over and so far it looks like it has.

Way less KD bringing the ball up and Reed starting. Seems like Udoka is gonna at least commit to him being in the starting lineup for the next couple games

And it’s going to look good versus that weak schedule…..

But Reed needs to start.

This team needs an offensive mind on that staff. The players off ball don’t understand spacing or rotating. Too often a guard breaks down to down the defense and penetrate towards the paint and the shooter don’t rotate on the perimter to the open spaces. Holiday got into the paint and kicked it out to I think Okogie but right on his back was Amen and Jabari all three were in the same close vicinity.

Jsut low ball iq. Richard Jefferson made a statement on it I the second lakers games about the cherry picking. He said the reason the lakers are cherry-picking so efficiently is because on offense, all the rockets players, playing off ball, all run toward the paint or inside the perimeter into a crowded space and if they don’t get make the shot or get the offensive rebounded they’re out of position to defend in transition

Nasty work to lose those back to back games vs LA, especially a game where Lebron plays his best game of the season, he literally has never once looked like that this year. Now the only way the Rockets can get the third seed is just finishing with more wins than LA.

Good bounce back game where guys didn’t have to log a bunch of minutes. Solid games by everybody. Tari was 3/9 but got ten boards. Managed to hit his first 3 in like 8 months as well. Reed starting and no DFS, so Ime can make adjustments when he wants to.

But Tari inbounding might be the worst decision Ime has made all year. Like I just don’t understand his brain

Man we gotta overcome our opps and our own coach. The odds are stacked against us. But this team is talented enough to beat anybody. They jsut don’t have the coaching to get them over the humo. Ime didn’t called a timeout that entire last two minutes until we lost the lead. Dude had that terrible lineup that almost took the game away from Us with Tari, DFM, and Tate.

He sucks at managing his the game and deciding who should be in the game as critical times
