I'm gonna need to see receipts on that 90% because I remember a good majority saying Lawson was gonna be gone off lean catching dwi's with harden partying with strippers. Then when the convo turned to actual ball Coli members were confused about the line ups cause both Ty and James need the ball in their hands

Why is Daryl Morey even considered to be a "good GM"... Been there since what...07...and Houston been out of the first round twice...
So...are we calling any GM who gets out of the first round 2 times in 8 years "good"...
Even beyond Dwights kiddie I just want to have fun attitude ( and i don't even buy into the you can't win with a guy like that stuff ) Morey signed him right when his body was beginning to break down...i as just a fan was able to notice that Dwight wasn't the same physically anymore after the back injury so I don't see how a GM as "good" as Morey couldn't notice that...
The fact that Denver just gave Ty Lawson away for pretty much nothing should tell you all you need to know about him...it is always a red flag when a guy is putting up decent numbers but the team is trying to just drop him off for nothing...and in basketball terms these guys are not a good match for each other...they both need the ball on their hands to create for themselves and others...also neither one really wants to be a catch and shoot guy....
Now add that to a center who has a limited offensive move set, and health problems, and needs to have the ball at very specific spots on the floor and needs THE ENTIRE paint to do his rolling robotic fred flinstone yabba dabba do post moves...recipe for disaster...
Come on...Detriot got rid of Josh Smith for jacking up dumb three's and then Morey signed him and wanted him to take those exact shots...wanted him to take the exact shots another team cut him for in the middle of his contract...
And where is josh now...oh yeah right not in Houston...

Let's not forget about Daryl Morey's protege in Philly, Sam Hinkie, who's doing just as good of a job 
Rockets still aren't fully healthy DMo, Beverley and Dwight is gonna be in & out all year. That doesn't excuse the players lack of effort on defense. I think it's time for McHale to go. Tom Thibodeau would bring a defensive mindset to the team and hopefully change the offense to where it's not so predictable.
Every team knows the Rockets want to drive and kick for the 3 especially the corner 3. When the Rockets are driving this year teams are digging in the paint and getting to that corner becuz they know that's where the pass is going to go the majority of the time. Plus only Harden and Ty can create their own offense. There is no deadly 3pt shooter on the team even though the Rockets shoot the 3 more than most teams.
I hope something is going on behind the scenes in the locker room becuz it's no other reason why they just are playing with passion, effort or want to. They're 4-7 so this can turn around with the team getting healthy and just giving a damn on the court instead of the post game interviews.
