I wonder why there’s a dress code.
No I don’t.
If you want to walk around half naked in front of children, go back to your island.

I don’t see the problem here, at all, should go without saying.

“Wearing clothing, visible tattoos or any other attire bearing the name, insignia, colors, or other indicia of affiliation to a criminal street gang is prohibited on HLSR Show grounds.”

I see nothing wrong with the dress code as stated in OP, none of the “banned” things are particularly black, they are just tacky. I also appreciate them “banning” (because who’s really gonna enforce it) people with visible gang tats (this ain’t a black thing, bunch of redneck and muchacho ass bangers down in Texas), keep your funkin over nothing asses home

Rodeos are huge in Texas. I’ve been to a few black rodeos in South Texas. Everybody should do it once. It’s fun.I've never met a black person that was into rodeo. @Diddly Drogba are you a rodeo fan?

There’s a poker game where people from the crowd can win $$$. The put the table in the middle of the field, you sit down, they let a bull out. Last one to stand up wins. shyt is scary and funny at the same time.

We been taking our kids to the black rodeos for years. Its a much smaller event but we have a good time.
But i will say, like any other event frequented by us, women do have their ass out. I dont know why black women feel like ass hanging out is appropriate attire for what are supposed to be family friendly functions. Its like they gotta stripperfy every fukking thing.

I passed through my college homecoming last fall and saw more booty cheeks and cleavage than I’ve probably ever seen outside of the beach and strip club.
That said, that attire isn’t appropriate for everywhere and our younger Millennials and Gen Z crowd try to pull that shyt around those White folks and they already don’t want us there with them in certain spaces hence you get arbitrary shyt like this.
They definitely will enforce it to weed out a “certain crowd” and we all know what certain crowd they trying to weed out.
I remember when the younger crowd had the Kappa Beach Party and it was jumping and later the Texas Relays etc, but as soon as the young urban crowd starts to invade those predominantly White spaces, the good old boys and girls start complaining and you then start to get stuff like this.
