In the heat of a moment after you obviously were the product of a terrible call you don't expect a coach to throw a challenge flag? really? I don't even see why that's a penalty ,where's the harm? The fact that the refs missed such an obvious call in the first place is also disheartening.

Especially since they've let coaches do it without punishment during the last two minutes for years. This is the first year that all scoring plays are reviewed, and they're making this call??? What a joke.
