Yall forget Kub was here almost 8 years and never sniffed the playoffs til year 6, and O’Brien got almost 7 years featuring multiple back breaking playoff losses (including at home), on top of giving him the GM keys, to which he dismantled the entire team? There’s zero chance Demeco would be let go and that’s a silly notion in year 3 game three after all the BS that happened from 2019-2022. These guys are undisciplined on defense but it’s the defense that has provided the offense with multiple opportunities they can’t capitalize on. Casey deserves blame for basically being a play calling p*ssy, and I’d say Caserio needs some blame for not bringing in premier offensive linemen FAs. Sure, you can find gems that play above expectations at positions like the d-line, secondary, and running back, but you can’t lowball the offensive line like they have done. Drafting is one thing, but to protect your QB, you need to spend money on the line.
