Highly doubt ohtani ready to go to a wakk ass Mets team who have flopped annually

Dodgers, mariners the best bets & the wild card are the cubs since Suzuki & darvish can vouch for them

:childplease: he'll have second thoughts about the Cubs once someone sends him one of those Horry Kow t-shirts y'all used to sell during the Kosuke Fukudome era

:mjlol: except Suzuki & darvish love/loved it here. The cubs were one of the 7 finalist teams when ohtani came to mlb highly doubt that’s a factor

It's gonna be Houston and Atlanta in the World Series again.
I want that rematch :birdman:

16 no hitters and most since 1962 when we entered the league :pachaha:

3 more than the dodgers who are the closest at 13.

Maldonado needs 1 more no hitter to be tied for most no no’s caught with Jason Varitek who has 4

Benito Santiago was famous for throwing from his knees.
But I want to say that Tony Pena was also famous for doing this.

Two things about those Giants highlights.

A. Patrick Bailey made Joey Bart go from top prospect to tradable in under a year :wow:

B. Sean Manea was closing that game? :dahell:

I'm not sure what's going on with Sean Manaea. He's always been fairly good at striking guys out but the walks have been a problem every year.

He might have been used as an opener a few times this year. Or maybe the 2nd guy up. Now he's closing.
The Giants are being creative with him...and probably not in the best way.

Went and looked and saw Doval had pitched the last 3 days so makes sense he wasnt closing. But did not think Manea would be an option. I also don't follow the Giants closely but didnt know he got moved to the bullpen.
