Torkelson probably won't be a star, but projections do have him as a solid player the rest of the way.
Doesn't strike out a ton. Walks a good amount. He's making good contact.

He's just really unlucky with flyballs. Not saying he's Aaron Judge but you put that guy in a betters stadium and I think he's a 30 HR bat.

I think he can hit 30 HR eventually at Comerica Park.

I just like his approach right now. I don't want him over swinging for HRs. Be quick through the strike zone and hit it in gaps.

Coaches are confident in him and he's batting 4th and producing.

I also think it helps having Greene. Greene missed first half of last year with injuries.
Tork was the youngest guy on the roster. It helps to have your buddy who came up with you in the minors.

I'm very skeptical about Tork. I liked his approach when he got called up but it's not translating to anything yet.

Rangers team might be legit.
If they upgrade their bullpen and deGrom somehow remains healthy

Rangers lucked into most of those runs.

I’m pretty sure when the score was 5-1 Grayson had only given up like 3 hits.

Eventually the Rangers are gonna struggle. They’ve been lucky to some degree.

Ironic, but I remember lots of Nat fans were upset with the departure of Kevin Long, but the. You check the stats and I doubt too many Nats would have predicted the Nats tied for 4th in all of MLB in batting average. Meanwhile, Kevin Long is working in Philly with all the money the Phillies have spent on hitters and they are 10th.

Im gonna have to retract my statement calling the Baltimore City Connect jersey boring. I kinda wish there was more color in the uniform but seeing it in action with the detailed colored pattern changed my opinion a lil bit.

Was expecting a pitchers duel yesterday in the Pirates/Mariners game with Mitch Keller going against George Kirby. Of course the starters give up a combined 13 ERs and both leave the game with ERAs over 3. Baseball is a funny game.

Aye you see Riley Greene and Torkelson put the team on it's back after that error blew the lead in 7th.

Let these young boys cook. Torkelson is just the punching bag and I don't get it.
