good question not sure. Hollywood may either go the Viola Davis route depending who has rights to the movie like executives like Oprah types or Hollywood may go with
Taranj P Henson but her character maybe stronger than her appearance in real person.
Someone mentioned in this thread about making this into a streaming series . that might be a good look as well.
This can also be a good look on the big screens depends on the powers that be behind it .Also the actor selected playing the Dewey character will be a major big focal part for mainstream box office draw

I'm mad I'm just now finding out about this remarkable woman. I always try to put myself in the shoes of the first black so and so and how they had to go through so much bs to get there. Definitely want to read that book.
