How appealing are 'career women' ?

Despite what the stats say I've noticed there's generally more 'minority' females than males in the corporate world

I guess the females are less threatening at the interview stage

What I mean is there's more Asian women than Asian men, more black women than black men in the office...purely on numbers

even though there's more of a glass ceiling for the females in terms of career progression to the top, and us males can ascend higher

I make a point of not dippin my pen in the company ink especially with white women... just clock in, do my work and keep my head down when they flirt with a nikka then clock out...but I'm starting to re-evaluate this

Maybe they have a pretend hard exterior to protect their really soft side

Despite all those stereotypical views and how career or salary driven they seem I think they still have the traditional female values we've all grown to love like expecting us to pay for eything on a date as a sign of our seriousness with the potential relationship and affection
