Mass incarceration--along with every public policy factor fueling it--redlining, ghettoization, the private prison industry, the drug war-- is the perfect example of what I said...black people being the exploited burden-bearers for capitalism and white society.

Black Americans can change that by putting pressure on their political representatives to be fair in their immigration policy when letting black foreigners come in.

However,that requires organizing and American black people using critical thinking skills is a foreign concept to many of us.
