I think you went too far with that Temptations comparisonThey are no more irrelevant than any other rappers in their generation.
They are legends, the rap equivalent of The Temptations to me, if you grew up at the time you know this, if you are too young to know it, its cool, but if you ever look at the history of the game their legacy can't be denied.
A move to Strange Music would suit them well
Asap Yams tried to shine a light on a lot of things and people give him credit because hes dead and its trendy but I wish he’d get more props for his knowledge of culture.
He knew a fukk load about sometimes obscure and regional rap at a time when it wasnt always as accesible.

I honestly don't even think people like Wu like thatYoung cats fukk with thier music more than wu tang tho
Breh it's the east coast/NY bias on here that's all. I'm just like you, I don't know anyone who fukks with wu or knows any of thier songs like that. Meanwhile teens love first of the month, I tried, for the love of money etcI honestly don't even think people like Wu like that
If anything it's the logo
i could picture it
I've was influenced heavily by Bone Thugs classic material. Flows? Don't get me started. "Swag" lyrics, conscious, street stuff, they were well rounded.
As someone else mentioned though, their business was handled terribly, Ruthless was independent and Eazy E's wife didn't take a liking to them...
Still one of the all time greats in my eyes in terms of innovation.
