How Are Casinos Allowed To Kick Out Gamblers For Counting Cards?

I mean. I know how, they obviously can legally do it. Before I knew what the the term counting cards actually meant, I used to assume it was some form of cheating. But it's just adjusting your betting strategy based on how many cards are left in the deck. It's just using your memory and being smart

It's almost equivalent to the NBA banning a player for being too good. I remember reading that Casino security will sometimes try and go distract the people they suspect of counting cards by sending people to talk to them in hopes of messing up their concentration. Then if it doesn't work, they will kick them out and ban them. What the fukk kind of fukk shyt is that

I have wondered about it myself.......I cant put my finger on the logic of the courts siding with the casinos on why they should be allowed to punish a strategy

other than some casino operators lobbying for a favorable law to be enacted
