the ether
I have wondered about it myself.......I cant put my finger on the logic of the courts siding with the casinos on why they should be allowed to punish a strategy

other than some casino operators lobbying for a favorable law to be enacted

It's all about money. Casinos do political donations like crazy to even maintain their existence.

Real bullshyt when they take people's jackpots away because the "machine malfunctioned". Do they ever give people jackpots when the "machine malfunctions" and fails to reward them when it was supposed to? Of course not...it's a racket.

Bad news to gamble in casinos unless you playing against someone other than the house.

Exactly you never get near the end of the deck where counting really pays off.
deck is gone before youre even able to get into the plus part of the count. that, coupled with 3/2 blackjack at a lot of joints and you cant turn it into a +EV game anymore

yeah some casinos now literally have like a never ending shoe, so counting cards becomes more difficult. And they use like 8-10 decks in the shoe on top of that. I love playing blackjack, but it's entertainment to me. Plus that 6-5 blackjack shyt vs. 2-1 is some bs, i don't even play those tables.

When i want to earn money on a serious tip, i play poker. Playing against others is easier.

thats why u go to old town vegas and play single deck that still has a good black jack payout. Multi deck is dumb to count cards with. Single deck is still effective as is double decks, just not as effective as it used to be in the 70's.

double deck is the sweet spot for me.. they shuffle too often in single deck.

I dont count cards.. but you can take notice when a lot of small cards have been dealth, and you can assume the deck is more rich with 10s and face cards. In single deck it seems like they shuffle before you figure it out.

Yup. And thats what i been doing lately instead of using the hi low card count system. I only use it on single deck cuz its easy and i have a system where i dont go large on the positive count unless the deck is atleast half full due to them shuffling often
