How are Fallout 4 and Witcher 3 performing on PS4 at the moment?

Thinking about picking up one of these titles and wanted to know if its playable. I know both games have probably been patched by now and I just wanted to know how they're playing at the moment. If these games are not worth picking up then recommend me something. I'm a pretty open gamer that will try almost anything.

Battlefield 4
Bloodborne
Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition
Infamous Second Son
The Last of Us Remastered
NBA 2k16
Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition

It sounds like Witcher 3 has gotten a bunch of patches since launch and is improved.

Also Tomb Raider is $8 right now, def worth checking out if you never played it and enjoy Uncharted and Last of Us.

I like both of them but to me The Witcher 3 is just much better overall, better storylines, the graphic just , gameplay just The Witcher's DLC just

Fallout 4 is dope but the storylines just pretty much meh, the graphic is okay but look like PS3/360 graphic. Honestly, I getting pretty much bored for awhile and I beat this game so I'm waiting for DLC though.

I have both and didn't experience any problem with either
as for the games themselves, Witcher 3 is the better game IMO
