But bottom line is Obama has gotten his executive orders struck down by the courts, that means he went to far

And fdr also had a lot of his orders and even parts of the new deal struck down, not to mention he tried to stuff the Supreme Court, so he isn't a good example

The number of orders is irrelevant, it's the breadth of the order that is problematic

I give him props for going around congress on Iran and Cuba but In some issues Obama would have been better off just taking an L

It's the same courts that ruled obamacare to be constitutional

The administration has admitted they are trying to go around congress with executive orders so they are on shaky legal ground to begin with

Bruh....Congress does exist. You can't ignore them.

You can say they're "not doing anything" but their function is to literally do what they're doing
