They don't beat themselves. Offense doesn't turn the ball over and the defense keeps everything in front of them. Can't remember the last time a team got huge gain on their defense. Probably have the best special teams in NFL this year, both Martin and prater are money. And pretty much every draft pick is contributing except the LS and Dahl. Quinn made quality moves. Wilson and Bush combo is playing way better than I thought they could.

GB beats two mediocre teams and suddenly people think they can run the table. GB is white hot team after 2 game win streak, but Det is the team that has won 7 of 8 games and is somehow going to fall off. Philly just isn't a good team after their fast start and Osweiler is horrible and when you factor in injured Miller and that weather, GB should have won that game easily. Sea and Min d-lines will put an end to GB before they even play Det anyway.

The O Line is still trash but Stafford is getting the ball out faster and having Riddikk & Boldin makes 3rd down so much more manageable. It also helps that Prater is willing to kick a FG from anywhere and we have the trust in him to do it. The defense is a bend but don't break system. We'll give up yards but when it comes down to 3rd down and points, we don't allow teams to convert too many times. This team is going to be fun to watch if it goes to the playoffs.

Teryl Austin is the best defensive coordinator in the NFL, in my opinion. He's the reason they're 8-4. The offense has been really sporadic all year besides the NO game. Seem to only have a few good drives a game. The defense, without much overall talent, has kept them in game after game.

Won't come down to week 17 because packers will lose to Sea and Minn. I like the lions chances against NYG after bears this week. And the Dallas game might not even mean anything if Dallas clinched home field early. Lions have an easier road than the packers do
