Got caught up to date on all the important vaccines and immunizations back in 10th grade.

I have my original card plus a laminated version of my card.

But, my GF put me up on an app theough my state where you put in your info and your vaxx info pops up along with a barcode/QC code.

Maybe there is a app from your state where you can do the same as the aforementioned. Check it out by googling a Covid-19 app.
