My pops only made goat on Tuesday’s or if requested the day prior. That shyt is money bro and this was barely 2 years ago. Restaurant depot price literally went from 80 dollars a box to 150-160 smh

They did just raise the prices on everything.

But down here(DC Area), its mainly Jerk Chicken, Curry Chicken and Oxtails that really moves.

Most restaurants menu are not that deep at all. I was really shocked how much more items the Jamaican restaurants in England had, versus the ones over here

I'll be honest, Jamaican restaurant is probably lower on my list if i'm looking for Curry anything. Its either a Trini store or a Guyanese store, though it'll be chicken curry there at the latter 🤭. I'll get some jerk chicken or stew oxtail from them for sure tho

Yea Trinidad is like 42% black and 42% Indian, and I think Guyanna has a pretty big Indian population as well. Jamaica's Indian population is much lower, so curried foods aren't something I'd normally get from them. I don't even know what they'd pair it with, cause I aint never heard of Jamaican Roti.
