I think dude is one of the biggest draft busts of the decade low key when you remember what people were saying about him. I heard guys saying he was a generational talent at TE, saying he was as complete a TE to come out in a long time. Draft analysts were saying Tampa straight out STOLE him in the draft that year. He basically didn’t do anything. Like he had a cool stretch in 2018 got hurt and that was it

They would rather throw the ball to Brate. That was probably the biggest red flag, even pre Gronk The coaching staffs always seemed to like Brate over him despite being physically outmatched by OJ.

There were so many games that OJ would technically start but they would go to Brate in the redzone
