It was like Twitter but for short video messages. Then Vine and Instagram video came out and crushed the buildings.

LMAO. To be fair, Tout was on the come up for a lil bit. When Shaq used it to announce his retirement, it had a big shift in popularity. I can't quite be too hard on WWE for thinking Tout was going to be bigger than what it was because for awhile, Tout did look to be what Vine became. Vine came about a year later and just made Tout obsolete though. Then of course, Instagram added video and hurt both those apps.
