Nothing wrong with asking for a kiss on the cheek, as a woman that wouldnt have bothered me one bit. I do have a couple of questions though, Do you smoke? Were you guys drinking heavy (like hard alcohol)? I ask because I think if I did something like this, it would be for one of two reason. One, I wasnt into you (but I doubt that because you were with her for 6 hrs, I would have bounced pretty quick if not into you) or Two, your breath was stank. I wont even kiss my husband if his breath is rocking, so just imagine some dude you just met. If you smoke cigs or/and were drinking, it could be that.

You don't ask for a kiss. You just take action and make your move. And you especially don't ask for no kiss on the cheek. Besides, I think its best to save kissing for when you're in private and can take things further than just a kiss. But that's just me.
Not to mention, six hours on a FIRST date? Sounds like you were just lingering and hoping that something would pop off. Its always best to be the one to bring a close to the date. You're a man, so you should have things going for yourself, which means that you don't have six hours to spend with a woman you've just met who hasn't even proven that she's worth six hours of your time. That alone could've made you look thirsty.
Her pulling some slick sh#t like that is a sign that she feels ok with being slick to you. Probably because she senses that you're thirsty. Only bad things happen when a woman perceives you as being thirsty. Personally, if a woman did something like that to me, she's showing me where I stand with her.
You might have to just chalk this one up and start over with a new chick.

In all seriousness, I'm no longer surprised the night ended like it did. It's possible she wants to go slow. Younger single mothers tend to jump the gun quicker, and considering that this particular woman is 35, unmarried, and with a kid, she's no doubt looking for someone to settle down with and doesn't want to put out quickly.
If she doesn't return your call or answer, it's safe to assume she just isn't feeling you on that level, though.
