not a single installment of this popular series has featured a non-white male in the starring role. it's always a white man. i understand that some might think it's petty to raise a stink about it, but i almost feel as if the acceptance of this show is symptomatic of a troubling complacency among ALL of us - white, black, asian - when it comes to certain unspoken truths about our society and the racial hierarchy still in place.

The Bachelor nor the Bachelorette have much diversity. You pretty much know both parties will be White, despite there being a Black, Latino, and/or Asian in the mix. I watched some of the first seasons but that's it, I do not care who they have on there. :roger:
