Most likely not, when I was in DC I couldn't even get sweet tea. I would ask for a simple sweet tea and those retards brought back either peach or raspberry tea. How do you have tea with everything else in it but not the simple form which is water, sugar, and tea? That's equivalent to not being able to order a black coffee.
