Now for those who live in in urban black areas, I think the issue is poor management. Obviously, im making generalizations. But things such as running out of key foods, ice cream machine broke all the time in fast food places, basic customer services things such as saying "hi". To me, this is a management issue and not just a "black thing". Today, i tried to order.some breakfast from ihop. Couldnt get through. And i know they take the phone off the hook on purpose b/c i know kids who work there.

I look at Chick Fil et thats black ran in Detroit. No different then the burbs one. Friendly service, timely, etc.

Above the fray.
Franchises in poor areas, like the ihop you mentioned, are patronized by customers who go there out of convenience. They will continue to go there and spend money regardless of the service. 9 times out of ten, whatever complaints they have won't be sent through the right channels.
If you're on the management track at a franchise, and you get sent to manage a franchise in a hood area, you already know you can cut corners and get away with things that customers in other areas would IMMEDIATELY contact corporate or regional office over.

It can’t be fixed when the food is :blessed:

I tolerate rude service if the cooking is right :manny:
Exactly. You can go to a chain and get decent service but the food is meh... but some spots food be delicious & you wanna suplex everyone in the the spot. But u put up with it anyway, get your food & say thank you. That’s just how fast food is.

Is this a jamaican diss thread
Nope, cause it’s two of them by my job on the same street. The one nearest, I’ve been there and I always get good service. They have hand written promotion signs, but their jerk chicken tacos are some of the greatest jerk tacos I’ve ever had.

The other one I’ve been to once, prices aren’t as good as the one with the tacos. And the name is very :dame:

I'm saying..

Unless you eating at a true 5* establishment.. That statement can be applied to any kitchen, or staff..

Almost any restaurant could give a fukk less about costumers contacting corporate.. :mjlol:

yet say y'all prefer eating in White establishments, mainly because they smile in your face.. And, make you think they actually care.. :yeshrug:
