Besides having an actual high value skill or some insider knowledge on stock and coins, or luck.... @DrX

Have you looked for work abroad? There may be opportunities for high, tax free income depending on your field.

First is to define what financial freedom means to you and put hard numbers on it. For example, you could estimate how long you would live and calculate how much you would need per year to live off of adjusted for inflation and taking into account if you have a wife, kids, your lifestyle, where you live, etc. I suggest to be conservative in your estimates.

Once you have those numbers, work it out backwards. Make a plan and break down your plan into smaller goals. Remain flexible and expect hickups along the way. Keep a positive mindset. Make an inventory of your situation (assets, debt, skills, responsabilities, connections, etc.).

I strongly advise to stay on the legal route. The end of your plan will probably involve real estate or the stock market. Given the 2 year timeframe, you could start a business but you'll have to get a deep understanding of the industry you are in. If you have a lot of charisma, maybe something in entertainment (YouTube, etc) or you could be some sort of agent for entertainers if you know people with lots of charisma. The game is pretty much to provide value in exchange of cash and then use that cash to obtain income producing assets (wealth). What value can you provide? How scarce is it? How much are the people you are providing it to willing to pay?

Study how money works, how it flows, and get to the point where it's going slightly before it gets there.

Good luck.

On a more serious note, I know you been unemployed for a min.... I was a server while I was in school :ld:

Hours give you a lot of flex so you can still manage outside pursuits. Depending on your location I was making anywhere from 20-40 an hour (also depends on what type of restaurant). Easy asf to get a job, especially now. You put up with bullshyt but that's any job. Also real talk most of ya co workers will be some characters to time goes by fast. :pachaha:
