i find it really complicated to tell someone about themselves, mostly because we experience reality at different levels, all of us. that being said, if i realize or see something in someone, i usually look for the opportunity to enlighten them outside of directly spelling it out for them. usually you can find fault in someone's speech before you find fault in their actions, plus action and words (when their nature and original is vice) typically work hand and hand...
