how can MSNBC become as good as popular as FOX?

I watch MSNBC religiously, except at 8:00pm, That's when I watch O'reilly. Chris Hayes has no tv personality.

In the grand scheme of things no one is watching these shows. O'Reilly the highest rated has 2.5 million viewers. In a country of 314 million that's not a lot.
