i know it's all subjective and a matter of opinion but at the same time it's like damn man, this nikka b.i.g. really was the 1 and to advance for this shyt. the fact that he's music still sounds just as great as it did when it came out speaks volumes. bruh had the lyrics, the voice, the flow, the vivid imagery, storytellin', delivery, classic songs and albums etc etc; everythin' it takes to be the greatest, b.i.g has. now while he only has 2 albums, those 2 albums alone are masterpieces then you add in all of his guest appearances on other artists' songs and it's like wow :wow:

i got love for jay but even jay has to go back to biggie's lyrics and lift a line or 2 almost every time he spits a verse for a song of his :yeshrug:
plus, biggie just is better IMO
b.i.g. had a better voice, flow, delivery, better albums with both ready to die and life after death --- none of jay's albums are fukkin' with these albums IMO

yeah he only got 2 albums but he scored touchdowns both times with those albums. straight masterpieces :whew:

No he didn't

I was alive when both dropped.

1 was a TD

1 was a 90 yd drive with a field goal but he died and his lablrmate executive used the hype around the album to market the dead artist like he's the best thing to happen to hip hop

You foolish ass nikkas

South Central Los Angeles So Wut U Wanna Do??
@stomachlines

Breh I was saying the same until somebody made me realize how simple his rhymes are....

Just listen closely and you'll see it too

Ex: "Catch me if you can like the gingerbread man, you better have yo gat in hand cuz man"

"Lounging at the barbecues, drinking brews, with the neighborhood crews hanging on the avenues"

These are just a couple of examples of his elementary style of rhyming that were just sold with a great voice and Puffs marketing

Hov, Nas, and Rakim>>>>>>>
