I ain't gonna lie, shyt don't look nothing like what you'd expect it to look like compared to how a cooked lobster tail runs, but it doesn't taste as bad as it looks.

I'm a bit surprised this hasn't become more of a thing in America, insects are low in fat and very high in protein and an easily sustainable food source. Maybe in another 10-20 years people can lose that stigma about eating insects.
